Improve the facilities at your workplace which would encourage people not to drive (eg. secure bike locking facilities and showering/changing facilities)

Work at home some days to minimise travel.

Adopt a carbon offsetting plan to offset all emissions produced by both travel to work and travel whilst at work. Check out A Rocha’s ‘Climate Stewards’ initiative.

If your workplace uses company cars, ask them to provide incentives to encourage people to choose high efficiency/dual fuel cars.
