	Occasional Go through your clothes and bag-up anything you haven’t worn in a year. If you can’t bear to give them away immediately, put them in the attic. If you haven’t thought about them this time next year then give them all away. You could always use Freecycle which is a wonderful way of giving and receiving on-line!
	Occasional Do as above for jewellery, shoes, ties, perfume, ornaments….
	Repeating Challenge Buy second-hand goods through e-Bay.
	Occasional Hold a clothes party where your friends come round and you swap clothes. If you like you could ask people to give a donation at the end which is then given away.
